Your roles :

Assist in coordinating and attending the meetings such as Board Meetings, General Meetings, Committees Meetings and other meetings includes preparation of board papers and minutes writing.

ICSA Qualification

A Member of MAICSA

You must be a member of MAICSA, a professional body for corporate secretary-ship in Malaysia.

5 Years Experience

Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Company Secretary.

Proficient English

Good command of written and spoken in the English language.

Salary and other benefits will commensurate with experience.
This will be in the region of RM 7,000 to RM 10,000 per month.

Sales executive is responsible for handling prospects enquiries and turning them into clients for all our various service offerings.

Your roles :

  • Answering queries, offering advice and introducing our services.
  • Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
  • Maintaining accurate records.
  • Working towards monthly or annual targets.

We are seeking a talented senior PHP developer with Laravel experience to maintain, refactor and add new features to a recently developed software product.

Your roles :

  • Building web applications using the Laravel framework, particularly PHP-based applications using Composer-based frameworks.
  • Design and implement new features to facilitate related procedures and tools.
  • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
  • Develop API integrations, client-server architecture, security systems and transactions records.
  • Conduct system administration activities for servers, which includes routine, proactive daily management of the health, stability and availability of system infrastructure. Activities include proactive monitoring, patch reporting and addressing fall out, security.
  • Responsible for setting up, maintaining, and evolving the cloud infrastructure of web applications.
  • Stay up to date and build on peer-to-peer networking security best practices, and research new attack vectors.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices.

At least 3+ years experience of working on a PHP Developer position

Can-do attitude, enjoy building features, passion for technology

Extensive PHP7/MySQL development experience

Experience with HTML, Javascript, jQuery, PHP, Laravel PHP Framework

Experience with Linux, Bash Scripting (prefer), Cron Jobs

Strong experience in DB administration - familiar with MySQL/MSSQL database

Excellent knowledge of relational databases, version control & developing web services

Experience building and interacting with RESTful APIs

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
