Your agent helps you:

  • choose the best MM2H category for your needs
  • navigate the application process
  • make sure your documents are in order
  • arrange for temporary visas
  • open a bank account and connect with property agents

They’ll also handle all subsequent MM2H renewals, so treat it like a partnership and choose wisely as a license to practice is no guarantee of good service!

Once you have an MM2H agent, here’s what the rest of the application looks like.

MM2H application process

A typical MM2H application takes around 60 – 90 days and consists of seven main steps.

  • Step 1: Meet an agent to discuss your needs.
  • Step 2: Sign an agreement and pay a security deposit.
  • Step 3: Prepare, notarise, and certify documents.
  • Step 4: The agent submits documents and authorities issue conditional approval letter.
  • Step 5: Pay the balance upon receiving the approval letter.
  • Step 6: 90 days to settle medical check-up, bank account, and insurance.
  • Step 7: Obtain the MM2H visa 😊

If you haven’t purchased your property at this point, a one-year visa will be issued, giving you 12 months to complete the purchase and receive the full MM2H pass.

And remember the SEZ MM2H Pass needs property purchases directly from SEZ-approved developers!

All the best with your application, and we’re here if you need any help.
